PRIVACY POLICY - Contacts: Phone Dialer & ID

Last updated: 25 August 2026

Hiti Solutions ("we", "us") builds the Android application Contacts: Phone Dialer & ID ("the app"). This policy explains what the app accesses on your device, what is sent to third parties, and the choices you have.

1. WHAT STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE

The app is a contacts manager and phone dialer. To do that it reads, and where you ask it to, writes:

  • Your contacts — names, numbers, email addresses, photos, dates, addresses, organisations and notes.
  • Your call history — numbers, call type, time and duration.
  • Your phone and SIM state — so calls can be placed on the SIM you choose.
  • Your blocked-number list, stored in a database on the device.

This information is read on your device so the app can show it to you. It is NOT uploaded to us, NOT sold, and NOT shared with any third party. We operate no server that receives your contacts or call history, and we cannot see any of it.

Camera permission is used for one purpose only: flashing the camera light to alert you to an incoming call. The app never takes photographs, never records video, and never accesses your photo library.

Microphone audio is handled by Android's telephony system, not by the app. The app does not record calls.

2. WHAT IS SENT TO THIRD PARTIES

The app includes third-party software development kits. These may collect device and usage information:

  • Google AdMob — shows advertising. Collects your advertising ID, device information and approximate location derived from your IP address, to select and measure ads. Policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
  • Google User Messaging Platform — records your advertising consent choice.
  • Google Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage events such as which screen was opened or which theme was chosen, so we can understand how the app is used. Policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
  • Google Firebase Crashlytics — crash reports and diagnostic information when the app fails, so we can fix it.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging and OneSignal — deliver push notifications. Policy: https://onesignal.com/privacy_policy
  • AppsFlyer — measures which advertising campaign an install came from. Collects your advertising ID and device information. Policy: https://www.appsflyer.com/legal/services-privacy-policy
  • Google Play services — in-app review prompts and app updates.

None of these SDKs receives your contacts, your call history, or the contents of your calls or messages.

3. ADVERTISING AND CONSENT

The app is free and supported by advertising. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent form appears the first time you open the app, and personalised advertising and analytics are only used if you agree. Your choice is passed to every SDK listed above. You can change it at any time from within the app.

Wherever you are, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android's Settings, under Privacy or Google → Ads.

4. CHILDREN

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

Because your contacts and call history never leave your device, deleting the app removes that data with it. For the information held by the third parties above, you may request access or deletion by contacting us, and we will pass the request on. Depending on where you live you may also have rights under the GDPR or the CCPA, including access, correction, deletion, and objection to processing.

6. DATA SECURITY

Information sent to the third-party services above is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. CHANGES

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
